Aleksandrović Winery traces its family vineyards in Vinča on the Oplenac slopes to 1903, when Miloš Aleksandrović helped found the Venčac Winegrowers' Cooperative. A decisive revival came in 1992, when former royal cellar master Živan Tadić sent the family the original recipe for Trijumf, once associated with the royal cellars. The estate works sites at Ježevac, Vinča and Bokanja and describes careful vineyard work, low yields and hand harvest. Guided visits introduce the winery and current wines, while reserved programmes can add food pairing, the vineyards and nearby Oplenac heritage. There is no ordinary à-la-carte restaurant, so food experiences must be booked. Confirm the programme, language and date directly.
