Podrum Stari Dani is a family winery located in the village of Rakovac near Bujanovac in southern Serbia. Its story began in 2005, when two families transformed their friendship and shared passion for vineyards into a joint wine cellar. The winery owns vineyards at two southern Serbian sites: Rakovac near Bujanovac and Živkovo near Leskovac. Together, these vineyards cover approximately 27 hectares and are planted with Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Muscat Hamburg. The cellar produces wines with names inspired by the language, temperament and cultural identity of southern Serbia. Its portfolio includes Dert, a Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot blend; Taman from Merlot; Aber from Sauvignon Blanc; Alal from Chardonnay; and the Pinot Noir wines Basma and Kalabalak, together with selected barrique editions. Visitors can enjoy tastings and regional food at the winery restaurant in Rakovac.
