Potisje
Vinarija Botić in Čurug dates to 1991, when Gavra Botić—representing the fourth generation of the family’s winemaking tradition—planted a small vineyard on Biserno Ostrvo. Later plantings expanded the estate to 2.5 hectares of wine and table grapes. The documented range includes Rozeta, a white blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay and Rhine Riesling; Čingi Lingi rosé from Blaufränkisch; Gavroš red from Blaufränkisch; and Gavril, made from dried grapes. These labels connect the family story with the Potisje landscape and a mixture of familiar regional varieties. A purpose-built production cellar was added in 2008 and can accommodate about 50 visitors. The tourism source does not publish current opening hours or a booking procedure, so contact the winery before travelling, especially for a group tasting or cellar visit.
