The winery produces a variety of wines, including 'Simeon,' a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot aged in oak barrels for two years, and 'Balerina,' a dry white wine combining Yellow Muscat and Traminer. Visitors can enjoy tastings that showcase the unique terroir of the region.
