Vinarija Karić is a boutique family winery located in Varna, near Šabac, on the northern slopes of Mount Cer in Pocerina. Founded by Stevan Karić and officially registered in 2021, the winery focuses on small-batch wines with minimal intervention in the cellar, aiming to preserve the natural character of the grapes and local terroir. Its concept is built around Adria cuvée wines, combining indigenous and regional grape varieties from the Western Balkans. Labels associated with the winery include Adria Cuvée, a white blend of Vugava, Tamjanika and Malvazija, and Adria Crveno, a red blend connected with varieties such as Prokupac and Frankovka.
