Vinarija Plavinac is located in Smederevo on the slopes of the area from which it takes its name. The winery explains that “Plavinac” recalls the blue colour left across the old vineyard landscape when vines were treated with copper sulphate. The project began in 2010 as a hobby cellar and developed into a larger producer. Its official profile documents 11 hectares of young vineyards, 20 grape varieties and annual production above 50,000 litres. The winery connects its wines with floral aromas, fruit, morning sun and views towards the Danube. The current official website does not document tours, tastings, food or regular opening hours, so those services are not advertised. Contact Plavinac directly before planning a visit.
