Vinarija Savić is a small family producer in Pirot, founded in late 2017 as the city’s modern wine scene began to re-emerge. The project grew from a family connection to winemaking and from founder Marjan Savić’s professional background in food technology and fermentation. The labels give the portfolio a distinctly local voice by using short words from the Pirot dialect. Documented wines include Té from Sauvignon Blanc, Ódom rosé, Videlo from Tamjanika, T'vno from Cabernet and Evé from Chardonnay. The naming links contemporary bottles to the language and identity of southeastern Serbia. The available sources confirm the wines and producer story but do not describe a regular tourism programme, tasting room or opening hours. Travellers interested in visiting or purchasing at the winery should contact Savić in advance rather than assuming public walk-in access.
