Pimnica Perić stands among the Rajačke pimnice, the separate stone cellar settlement near the village of Rajac south of Negotin. The Perić family describes six generations and about 130 years of continuous care for its pimnica, preserving a working cellar within a landscape built specifically for making and storing wine. The cellar has a large terrace for meals and tastings. A separate family guesthouse at the foot of the pimnice contains five rooms for up to 14 people, a tasting room, dining space and a pantry of traditional preserves. The official site presents year-round hospitality, but travellers should still contact the family before arrival to confirm rooms, meals, tasting, access and current prices.
