Tanića Pimnice is a family cellar in the village of Tamnič in the Negotin wine region. The Tourism Organisation of Negotin dates the present project to 2005, built on the foundations of the Tanić family's older pimnice, and traces family wine activity back to the late eighteenth century. The documented range includes Sinor, based on Cabernet Sauvignon, and Vizar, a white wine combining Italian Riesling and Muscat Ottonel. These bottles connect an eastern Serbian cellar tradition with familiar international varieties. Current vineyard area, opening hours and a regular visitor programme are not confirmed in the authoritative source, so contact the cellar before travelling. Tamnič can be combined with the better-known Rajac and Rogljevo cellar settlements, but each property should be approached as a working producer rather than an always-open attraction.
