About the Winery

Vinarija Aven is a family winery in Inđija. The family traces its winemaking tradition to 1850 and presents today’s cellar as a continuation of knowledge passed between generations. The winery works with Tamjanika, Rhine Riesling, Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. Its production description distinguishes fresh white and rosé wines kept in stainless steel from reds matured in barrique barrels made from Serbian, Slavonian, Hungarian and French oak. This gives visitors a clear view of how different styles are handled in the cellar. Aven publishes an arranged tasting of five wines—Chardonnay, Tamjanika, rosé, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon—served with a varied savoury selection. The winery is located at Petra Kočića 29 in Inđija.
