About the Winery

Vinarija Bikicki was founded in 2013 and works nine hectares of certified-organic vineyards in Bačka. The estate presents healthy vineyard fruit as the starting point for its cellar philosophy and avoids a standardised industrial style. In the cellar, fermentation begins with yeasts naturally present on the grapes. The winery states that it uses minimal sulphur and does not fine or filter the wines. Its range crosses white, red, rosé and skin-contact or orange styles, giving curious drinkers several expressions of the same low-intervention approach. The official material clearly documents vineyards and winemaking, but it does not provide a structured public tour programme. Contact the winery before travelling to confirm whether a visit or tasting is available. Do not assume walk-in access from the general invitation to discover the estate.
