About the Winery
Vinarija Valčić is located in Gvozdenović, near Ub, within the Pocerje-Valjevo wine-growing region. The winery continues a family winemaking tradition connected with the Valčić family and the Vlasotince area in the early 20th century. Today, the estate focuses mainly on dry red wine, especially a Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot cuvée made from grapes grown in its own vineyard. Valčić Cuvée is described as aromatic, structured and tannic, pairing well with red meat, aged cheeses, pasta and chocolate desserts.
