Vinarija Vinum is based in Sremski Karlovci and works eight hectares at the Ešikovac and Čerat vineyard sites on the northeastern side of Fruška Gora. Its stated mission is to make limited-series wines exclusively from the Fruška Gora and narrower Karlovci area. Annual production is described as about 35,000 litres across white, rosé, red, sweet aromatised and sparkling styles. The range includes Grašac, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Frankovka, Pinot Noir, rosé, the Dina sparkling wine, and both white and red Bermet. Visitors can tour the winery and taste wines with a presentation. A light snack can be added, or food and wine can be paired across several courses by arrangement. Vinum provides a broad introduction to both contemporary Fruška Gora styles and the distinctive Karlovci tradition of Bermet.
