Vinska Kuća Živanović brings two family traditions together in Sremski Karlovci: winegrowing and beekeeping. Borivoje Živanović founded the family beekeeping museum in 1968 to preserve the work of Professor Jovan Živanović and a collection of tools, books and documents. The wine story includes a roughly 250-year-old lagum and a family account of Bermet production reaching back to the eighteenth century. Visitor programmes combine the museum with stories about Fruška Gora viticulture, wine tasting and several kinds of honey. The official offer also presents local and estate labels including Bermet and Probus. Contact the house before arriving to choose the programme, confirm the group size, food and language, and arrange a time.
