Knjazevac
Vinarija Jović is a multigenerational family cellar in Potrkanje, about ten kilometres from Knjaževac. Its 15 hectares lie on sunny hills at 250–300 metres, influenced by the Tupiznica and Stara Planina mountains. Plantings include Vranac, Cabernet Sauvignon, Muscat Hamburg, Chardonnay, Rhine Riesling and Sauvignon Blanc. The modern production cellar retains a family archive established in 1987. This gives a visit two perspectives: current winemaking and bottles that preserve earlier vintages from the family cellar. Reserved programmes include tours of the production and archive cellars, followed by seven wines with a local snack or a fuller meal. Guiding is offered in Serbian and English, and the winery can host organised groups. Confirm the format and date directly before travelling; current prices are not repeated here.
