About the Winery
Vinarija Todorović was established in 2012 in Potrkanje, near Knjaževac, and works exclusively with organic grape and wine production. After a three-year certification process, the winery gained the right to label its wines as organic in 2021. The detailed vineyard page describes 27 hectares planted with Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Shiraz and Vranac. Grapes are harvested by hand, and the winery emphasises minimal intervention and respect for the vineyard’s natural cycle. A purpose-built winery completed in 2018 includes both a tasting room and a barrique room for maturation. Visitors can book a tasting among the vineyards, but arrangements should be confirmed in advance.
